Private Pay

Private pay is available. If cost is a barrier, ask about limited reduced-fee openings.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical/mental health care will cost. This estimate is provided in writing upon scheduling and by request at any time.

Billing & Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Cancellation policy shared at intake; late-cancellation/no-show fees may apply.
  • Superbill available for OON reimbursement.
